exceptional/incredible gluten-free pizza, we asked for confirmation that it was gluten-free because it was so good that we couldn't believe it. The pizza was delicious, both the dough and the topping ingredients. The non-celiacs said the same thing about the gluten pizzas.

Pizzas with dough and flavor even better than many gluten-free pizzas made in Naples and Caserta. The establishment has also won many awards. Recommended.

I ate gluten-free and lactose-free pizza, it was AMAZING! Plus, it was my best friend (Italian) and we took some foreign friends to eat pizza, and we were very happy with the quality! My friend had the ricotta and spinach cannelloni and she liked them a lot! The desserts were very good! Jorge, the waiter, was very kind and helpful! As soon as I get back to Valencia, I will definitely go back to eat there!

Modern locale. Kind and helpful staff. The pizzas are delicious, the gourmet ones are the best. The gluten-free pizza is very good, but if the base was more cooked, it would be superb.

The pizzas they offer in this place are among the best I've ever eaten. As a celiac, I can say that the pizza dough, although a bit low in salt, was well made and the topping was very refined and flavorful. The gluten pizzas are no less, which in appearance seemed to easily compete with Neapolitan ones. The place has won many competitions, securing first, second, or third place for several years. I recommend the gourmet pizzas, which I frankly found to be even better than many pizzas I've eaten between Naples, Rome, and Caserta.

We stopped for dinner, we ate two pizzas, one of which was gluten-free, both absolutely delicious (the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had!) in terms of the dough (very light and well-risen) and the ingredients of excellent quality. The staff was very kind, all smiling, friendly, and attentive despite my limited knowledge of Spanish, the place was very welcoming, well-kept, and clean. Definitely an experience to repeat!

Everything was delicious! We ordered two appetizers and three gluten-free pizzas (Rosa pistachios, Capriccio gourmet, and Parmigiana d'autore). The waiters were helpful and polite. I recommend it. The only downside is the extra charge of €1 for each gluten-free dish ordered.
