Great location and excellent variety of dishes. Guaranteed absence of any contamination. They do not allow gluten food from outside. Wide options also for those who are vegan and/or lactose-free. Average prices.

Bar/pastry shop very close to the science museum. All products are 100% gluten-free (cookies, pancakes, various toasts), the place is small but has outdoor tables in a rear garden where there is also a children's play area. The coffee is very good and the prices are reasonable.

The food was good, the toasted bread (Revuelto Strapazzato) and unfortunately the bagel was a bit too crunchy, but the rest was good! The yogurt "Yogur con granola" was really delicious! The matcha was strong, but I like it that way. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and really good! The staff was very kind and friendly. You can tell that everything is made by hand and fresh. There is an outdoor and indoor area. Highly recommended!

Gluten-free bar located away from the center of Valencia, with a calm atmosphere and plenty of seating (patio or indoor). The kitchen is small, so it's better to go slow. However, the dishes are delicious, even though they could be more generous with the toppings for pancakes, waffles, or toast. I recommend the cake.

I went to Tinobu for a brunch of freshly squeezed orange juice, a matcha latte with almond milk, and a Max Power avocado toast with salmon, guacamole, cream cheese, poached egg, arugula, and tomato. Then I had a slice of banana chocolate bread. So delicious! This is such a sweet place and a must for anyone with gluten allergies! Everything here is gluten-free.

I am writing reviews again, after some time, because this place truly deserves it. It's a shame there isn't one in every city in Spain! Fresh ingredients, everything prepared in front of our eyes... all at a fair price! We went back 3 times in 4 days of vacation.. 💪🏻

A small but very quiet place, good breakfasts (from 9 to 11) and lunches (all day). If you want to eat "healthy" this is a good place, everything gluten-free, protein products, sugar-free and low salt (they put a little so you can add more yourself). The toast is delicious, the eggs are perfect, and the salmon is very juicy, a good place for breakfast or a quiet lunch, you must try it.
