Everything was very good and served in a polite and attentive manner... The dishes were well composed but the environment could be a bit cooler to match the quality of the offered dishes... Super top to order knowing that everything is gluten-free without having to ask.

I had dinner at this 100% gluten-free restaurant and I was quite satisfied. The selection is fairly varied and everything is very good. The prices are a bit high, but considering the gluten-free cost, they're average. The staff is helpful and kind. Definitely worth a return visit!!

Great experience: everything is incredible! Dishes are delicious and well-presented, all suitable for people with celiac disease. Highly recommended!

We would return immediately! In one week in Valencia, we visited twice, and that says it all. There were two of us, one of whom is celiac, and this place is a guarantee: the entire menu is gluten-free. We chose the shared menu and tried all the croquettes (really excellent!), the falafel, the queso, and the chicken sticks. Everything was delicious. Even the dessert, the cheesecake, was very good! The service was impeccable, kind, and very attentive. The interior of the venue is cozy and well-kept, while the exterior is a bit simpler, but still pleasant. Well done, open one in Italy too!

Fantastic experience. My godmother is highly celiac and hadn't been able to share dishes with diners for over 10 years. We felt free and everything was of high quality. Spanish cuisine and gluten-free, all made by them. We will return.

Perfect place! My first gluten-free tapas, I always have difficulty finding gluten-free food around, but here everything is really excellent and taken care of in every detail. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back. Alessandra

We liked El Miracle so much that during our vacation in Valencia we went back there twice. Moreover, it is definitely a paradise for celiacs, lactose intolerant individuals, and vegans. The staff is very friendly, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is really quite charming. Their crepes are absolutely to be tried (especially the one with salmon) and all their tapas are exquisite. Furthermore, we were left speechless by their brownie; every bite was an explosion of flavor and pleasure! El Miracle is super!

The restaurant is 100% gluten-free, a great place for celiacs. In fact, there is a large sign outside the venue confirming this. The place is cozy and comfortable. The prices are reasonable. The appetizer and sandwiches were excellent and flavorful. The waiters were kind and helpful.

Alternative dinner based on buckwheat crêpes. Also available are burgers and meat and fish dishes. Recommendation for GLUTEN-FREE.

The location is situated outside the city center, conveniently reachable by bus 32 from Colòn or by metro in 10-15 minutes. We were satisfied with the gluten-free food; everything was very good. We were looking for typical Spanish dishes (like paella), but we actually went without reading the menu first, as our choice was solely based on the need to provide our daughter with gluten-free dishes. We ordered 2 falafels (great taste but a bit dry; we're used to falafels full of sauce), a crepe with cooked ham (which they call jamon York), some excellent empanadas, two of which were rich in cumin and spicy flavors, and finally a waffle with chocolate ice cream. The waiter who served us was very nice and spoke excellent Italian. Excellent service.

We went to eat in this restaurant several evenings a few weeks ago during our vacation in Valencia. As a celiac, I had never been to a place where I could eat quietly, completely gluten-free! Varied menu with different options (including vegan and vegetarian), including typical dishes. The staff is super nice, kind, and helpful, and they also speak Italian. If I were to return to Valencia, I would definitely come here again! Giorgia, Mauri, and Roxy

I tried almost everything on the menu, everything is gluten-free, finally a restaurant where you don't have to choose between two dishes but have the entire menu available (with a vegan option for those like me who also have dairy intolerances). I always get the American Style burger 😉 Thanks to all the staff! ❤

Good place in a convenient part of town, lively and full of nightlife. There are excellent vegetarian dishes and especially gluten-free options, which are not easy to find!!! Great value for money. The staff is really friendly. I recommend it.
