It seemed that they only had packaged goods. Nothing fresh. When I politely asked if they had bread (in Spanish), I was told no. The person at the counter seemed quite disinterested.

The owner is Italian, so she has a variety of products from our home country. The prices are not different from our supermarkets; gluten-free, as we know, has a different cost. It is located inside the Russafa market in a small but well-stocked kiosk. Highly recommended!

Valeria gives perfect advice and, above all, it's the most difficult thing to find in Valencia: delicious and fresh bread and pastries. La Intolerante is a must for celiacs or gluten intolerant individuals visiting Valencia. Valeria, the owner, is lovely, well-informed, and offers a variety of foods and products for people with dietary restrictions. I visited several times during my stay. You can buy morning bread, eat empanadas or tarts, as well as pastries. There is also gluten-free beer and products that make life easier, such as plastic bags where you can put your slice of gf bread in a toaster that has toasted normal bread. Great for travelers as well as for those who don’t have a dedicated kitchen at home. Highly recommended!

My new gluten-free tremor. I buy bread, sweets, and other products every week. (By the way, everything is very good) You can find different types of bread, baked goods, and many other products suitable for various intolerances. You can order in advance via WhatsApp to reserve it. PS: the owner is wonderful ☺️
