Sana Locura is a completely gluten-free place suitable for both breakfast and a quick lunch. I recently visited and tried several things: various empanadas, all very good and well filled, then a white chocolate millefoglie, a croissant, and a kind of cream-filled pastry that was really excellent! I also had a cheesecake. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality gluten-free place in the heart of Valencia. I would definitely go back.

The desserts are well-presented, fresh, and truly tasty (the croissants and cream-filled pastries are spectacular), but the savory options are also surprising: small pizzas, empanadas, sandwiches… everything made with quality ingredients. As a celiac on a trip to Valencia, I had to look for a place where I could eat something, and this spot came up among the suggestions. Not far from Placa de l'Ayutamient, it became a regular stop for breakfast every morning. All the pastries were good (the cream-filled napolitana was fantastic) with a wide selection of cookies, brioche, and cakes. Although it's a café/pastry shop, I also had the option to grab a sandwich for lunch since there's a small selection of savory items. The place is small but welcoming. Recommended for all celiacs visiting Valencia.

A 100% gluten-free bakery that is simply WONDERFUL! My partner and I fell in love from day one, and it quickly became a regular stop for our breakfasts. It's very easy to reach, as there's a metro stop just a few steps away. Every morning we tried different pastries because the choices were many and all delicious. Everything was always accompanied by classic cappuccino and a cappuccino with plant-based milk. Before leaving, we always took some empty sandwiches, which were really delicious, and we filled them ourselves for lunch. Finally, the staff was always very kind. We will miss having breakfast with you!

It was a regular stop during our stay in Valencia. The bakery is centrally located and easily reachable on foot or by bike. It offers tables inside and outside. The prices are a bit higher than the average pastry shops, but since everything is gluten free, it makes sense. We tried numerous sweets and brioche during our visits. We also took their empanadas to go. The empanadas were good; the dough seemed a bit rubbery, but being gluten free, I believe that's normal. The sweets we liked the most were the stuffed croissants and the plumcake, very tasty. The only downside I would say is the lactose. I don’t understand why they use it, as it is still harmful for celiacs, and for someone like me who is lactose intolerant, it definitely complicates the choice of sweets.

I had breakfast at this place and I was satisfied. Very good products. Not cheap, but in line with other gluten-free places. The cappuccino needs improvement; it was coffee with scalding milk.

Great gluten-free bakery for a quick breakfast or snack. Prices are a bit high, some products didn't impress me, but others I loved, and I found a good consistency with the price. When in doubt, I think it's a must-stop for someone with celiac disease!
