A well-kept, clean place with character. The relaxing environment allowed us to have a wonderful evening. The food is 100% gluten-free (the owner is celiac), and the quality is excellent, as is the variety. My celiac daughter tried the polenta sticks with cheese and pepper, which were delicious, and then a pinsa (the gluten-free dough for the pinsa is made in-house and I found it very soft and tasty)... my wife and I had 2 burgers (they were tasty and the gluten-free bread was fantastic). A special mention for the service, which was impeccable, kind, and attentive. The place is not in the historic center but easily reachable by bus or a 15-minute walk (we went there in the evening with our 8-year-old daughter, and the area is safe).

The venue is very welcoming and the food is good (with a focus on some Italian specialties), spending just the right amount. Great attention is given to those who suffer from allergies, to celiacs, and vegetarians, offering dedicated products.

I was with my friends and everything was perfect, but the icing on the cake was the service. We felt right at home, and then we realized only at the end that there was the hand of an Italian from Bologna behind this place. Impeccable. The fries were particularly good and our celiac friend was able to order everything he wanted. Until next time.

We had dinner at this restaurant that offers a gluten-free alternative for all dishes. Very good food, friendly and nice staff. It wouldn't hurt if they improved the air conditioning system because the place was a bit warm.

The pinsa and gluten-free sandwiches, as well as the desserts, are excellent. The venue is really beautiful, unique, and well-kept in details. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And a detail not to be overlooked is that it is pet-friendly. Absolutely worth trying.

If you are celiac and find yourself in Valencia, you cannot miss eating here. The entire menu is available gluten-free. Everything is exquisite and homemade, from the dessert to the appetizer. To end on a high note, you must try the tiramisu; it’s a unique delight. The owner is very kind and super helpful.

I can't describe in words my happiness and the feeling I had while eating their gluten-free pinsa, it was something truly incredible, never had anything like it before. I am celiac and it's the first time I feel comfortable and relaxed about my food choices, the whole menu is available with and without gluten... and I would love it if there were more places like this! The supplì were delicious, as well as the fries, the pinsa, and the tiramisu! Additionally, I really appreciated the idea of providing some board games for everyone 😍 Thank you so much for existing!

Elegant yet informal atmosphere, very attentive and kind staff, amazing food presented in an original and well thought-out way. It is definitely worth a visit, and not to be underestimated, the entire menu is suitable for gluten-intolerant people, who here do not have to settle for a limited choice but can absolutely taste everything. Divine tiramisu! A lovely place in a beautiful city.

Tonight I tried this new place and I was thrilled! The food is excellent and beautiful. I had a hamburger (the bread was red!), supplì, fried polenta, and pinsa. Nothing to envy from my Italy! Very good. Good beer, good wine, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I had two gluten-free hamburgers.. Delicious! Accompanied by a local beer and a non-alcoholic cocktail. The atmosphere is very welcoming and elegant, and the staff is very friendly! We will return for the pinse!
