Let’s start by saying that the ice cream is really very good! The staff are very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and the ice cream, which is artisanal, is all gluten-free (except for a few flavors that have cookie pieces or other gluten-containing items on top). All the staff are aware that if a celiac person comes in, the ice cream is scooped using a completely new or thoroughly washed scoop. The same goes for the preparation of the milkshake. They are special!
