It was the first time I tried this place, recommended by several people for gluten-free pizzas. I ordered a gluten-free *diavola*, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Right from the first bite, the pizza seemed more like *mozzarella and that's it* rather than a real diavola, with a dough that resembled *chewing gum*, difficult to chew and not very digestible. But the most serious problem was *after dinner*: I started to experience all the *typical symptoms of gluten contamination* (it was the only thing I ate that evening). I am sorry to leave a negative review, but I think it’s right to report it: for those who are celiac, safety *is not optional*. I hope it was an isolated case, but I advise the restaurant to *better check the management of gluten-free*, both in the kitchen and in staff training.

I have been getting pizza here for about 2 years and have never had any problems, gluten-free pizza exquisite and baked in a separate oven in a separate kitchen.

I ordered from this pizzeria both takeout and delivery, and I must say I was truly satisfied! The pizza has a thin, light, and perfectly crispy crust, but what impresses the most is the generosity of the toppings: abundant, super fresh ingredients well balanced on every slice. You can taste the quality in every bite. A special mention goes to the gluten-free pizza: I didn't expect such a soft and well-risen dough! It's rare to find gluten-free pizzas that taste this good, and knowing they use a separate oven to avoid contamination gives even more confidence. Perfect for both those who are celiac and those who just want to try something different. I highly recommend this pizzeria to everyone: great for any need, from the most classic to the most specific.
