Every time I return to Puglia, Mint is a must-visit. It's a very small and intimate place (fewer than 20 seats), with a well-executed vegetarian and seafood cuisine. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable about celiac disease. Almost all dishes are naturally gluten-free or adaptable to our needs. I recommend it! Be sure to book a few days in advance via a message on WhatsApp!
