Spiaggia Margherita 85-86 in Cervia/Milano Marittima offers gluten-free options in a welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and, although there are aspects to improve, some dishes like the gnocchi with clams are highly appreciated. Overall, a good place for those seeking gluten-free alternatives.

Double menu (with and without gluten). The starters are the same in both menus, the pasta is homemade, while ALL desserts are gluten-free. My daughter, who is celiac, really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a good, abundant, and light fried fish.

A day dedicated to kites, and for lunch we had a wonderful experience, the fish menu was very good and varied. The gluten-free version met expectations. Recommended especially for the separate gluten-free kitchen. We will return.

They have a large gluten-free menu, fresh pasta, and separate SG kitchen! I recommend!

Had dinner during the pink night, a delirium 2 hours of waiting for mediocre dishes, very kind staff, fried food and gluten-free seafood dishes were very good, I will return.

One of the few beaches in Cervia/Mima that offers gluten-free options. There isn't much choice, but the dishes are fairly decent, even though the fish isn't the best.

Dinner with friends, unpleasant and very good skewers, too bad for the gluten-free fried food which was good but half the portion of the 'normal' one. The place is nice and the service could be improved. I will come back.

The bathroom, I wouldn't know, but the restaurant no as well! We went for gluten-free options, the flatbread was not available, there was a spianata which left something to be desired, the only good thing was the mixed fried dishes, which were edible. The service needs improvement. Disappointed!

Beach located near the Pinarella pine forest, free parking available nearby, friendly and kind staff, clean and practical sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas. Local cuisine offered, many gluten-free options, quick table service, clean bathrooms. Great for families, we had a wonderful Sunday!!!

Quality/price ratio of 0 stars. Young staff but seemingly tired. Risotto with very little fish, overcooked and extremely salty; gluten-free fried food was equally salty. The mixed cold appetizer was adequate. We asked at least three times to clear the table so we could drink our coffee without having to navigate around the dishes; the sorbet was scarce in a miserable little paper cup. Furthermore, we were six (booked) at a table set for four. I suspect we were served leftovers from the first shift. I strongly discourage this place.

The kindness and courtesy of the waitresses are not enough to compensate for the quality of the food served; the gluten-free gnocchi were hard and poorly seasoned, the gluten-free passatelli were decent, the fried fish somewhat rubbery, and I had doubts about contamination, even though they have separate kitchens. I'm sorry because I would have returned.
