Really excellent pizza! We were at Mastro Pizza in Pozzallo and were particularly impressed by the quality of the gluten-free pizza: light, fragrant, and flavorful dough, hard to distinguish from the classic one. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable, with great care for those with food intolerances. Cozy venue, fast service, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality gluten-free pizza!

Gluten free panini for 8,5 eur, they have also many pizzas, all of them can be gluten free. Only plastic crucible and staff was smoking in from of the restaurant which was annoying. We paid approx 10 eur per person.

For us, gluten-free is paradise. I have sometimes bought gluten-free pizza, which is delicious. But yesterday I was even more amazed: I tasted the gluten-free sandwich, never had one so good.. full and above all not chewy, but the dough was super soft!!
