I went in August, during a time of high traffic, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The gluten-free pasticciotto was packaged and frozen, far from a fresh product. The ice cream showed clear traces of cones and wafers, so it was not safe for those with intolerances. The staff was not very polite and seemed to have a complete lack of attention towards the customer.

I went to this pastry shop listed on the app as gluten-free. In reality, there were 2 types of sweets, pre-packaged and not very inviting. However, I managed to get 2 slices of bread with ham and cheese, only because I asked the waiters; otherwise, there wouldn’t have been even that... Remove yourselves from the gluten-free apps if you can’t provide at least decent service, or specify that the choice is really minimal compared to all the super inviting gluten options.
