There is the possibility of having dinner with gluten-free pizza. Pay attention! I saw how the waiters handle the plates of gluten pizzas, putting a finger inside, and I decided to trust them. My pizza arrived with no hands in the plate, but the plate was quite dirty with oven residue. I decided to take the risk, and indeed my stomach is bloated and I felt unwell this morning.
