There is indeed a wide variety of gluten-free ice cream flavors to choose from... In fact, the entire ice cream shop is gluten-free! There are also some very unique flavors that are rarely found gluten-free (pasticciotto, zuppa inglese, Kinder bueno...). So the risk of contamination is quite low, and the staff is very attentive. The ice cream was good but not outstanding. The only downside is that the staff is not very friendly.

Il Desideria represents the perfect meeting point between tradition and the desire for renewal, offering a 24-hour service in August. It is the go-to place for fresh croissants, pasticciotti, and pizzette just out of the oven at dawn! Finally, ice creams with all gluten-free flavors, including wafers and cones with a wide variety of vegan flavors!

Excellent ice cream shop in the heart of Santa Catrina. Wide selection of flavors but you can also order numerous cups with ice cream and fruit, all delicious. Moreover, many ice cream flavors are Vegan Ok, Lactose free, and Gluten free, including the cones which are also sugar-free. Besides ice creams, you can also enjoy many savory foods, although just an ice cream is worth a meal! The owner is a very friendly person, and the staff who serve the customers are equally so. Highly recommended.
