During a short vacation in Pietrasanta, I stumbled upon this ice cream shop and tried their gluten-free ice cream. Truly surprising: creamy, with an intense flavor, and perfectly balanced. You can clearly see the care and craftsmanship that goes into its preparation. The only downside? The price is a bit above average... but considering the quality and attention to dietary needs, it's justified. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gluten-free alternative without sacrificing taste!

THE PARADISO😍 gluten-free ice cream shop, with unique flavors and a wide selection for vegans (not just fruit but also creams!) and lactose-free flavors (hazelnut, pistachio). Very honest prices despite the location, quality, and quantity. I can't wait to go back this summer💙many compliments!

I really appreciated that all the flavors are gluten-free; however, in my opinion, the ice cream is a bit too sweet (especially the cream with biscuits and the Pietrasantina). Furthermore, the consistency and taste make me think of a high-fat content, and I would like to know the ice cream maker's response on this...
