I have been going to this restaurant forever, and even since I became gluten intolerant, it continues to impress me. The service is well organized, and the staff is polite and knowledgeable about potential risks and cross-contaminations between regular food and gluten-free options.

Today, August 15th, I had lunch at the restaurant where I had a reservation for a table for 4 people. I am very disappointed with the service offered, small portions, and despite the staff being numerous, the wait times were biblical. The appetizer plate with 4 tastings had questionable flavors; they tried to cook something sophisticated, but it would have been better to stick to something more common! The crepe was good but small, the strozzapreti with herb sauce and sausages didn't excite me, small portion. The rooster was unacceptable... it wasn't cooked with care, it had neither the classic sauce of chicken cooked in the pan nor the golden skin, and again the portion was ridiculous... the arrosticini served were with mixed meat of poor quality, lots of nerves and gristle, I made a lot of waste, the side dish plate had a handful of herbs, 2 slices of tomatoes, 2 slices of eggplant, 2 small slices of zucchini, and baked potatoes that seemed raw... the dessert was good, a chantilly cream. Abandoned for more than 30 minutes between the rooster and the arrosticini... they continued to serve the adjacent tables even though we arrived first... intolerable that I had to get up to ask them where our food was!!!!!!!!!!!! We entered the restaurant at 12:15 and left out of desperation after 5 courses at 14:30... total paid for 5 tastings of questionable value and goodness, 44 euros each.
