A nice place, but not for celiacs. As I mentioned in person to the owners, it would have been more accurate to say that they prefer not to have celiac customers, because they are not comfortable with it. Currently, the only option they have to offer is grilled meat and salad, seasoned at the time of ordering with various unpleasant "but know that this is also contaminated". Overall, I didn't feel safe or particularly welcomed as a celiac customer. I would have preferred a more direct communication at the time of booking beyond the standard "we can't guarantee", for example: "we're sorry, but we're not equipped for gluten-free solutions". I would not have felt right giving a negative review on Google, because it is a good place. But I hope to spare other celiacs my unpleasant experience. I wish them the best and I am sure that with some adjustments they could offer reasonably safe solutions, but currently, they are not prepared or confident in their ability to accommodate celiacs.

Booked here while on a trip to Asiago. We were curious. But we were pleased. Friendly, cordial staff who are always present: for those with intolerances, they inform about any ingredient that could cause problems, suggesting variations or alternatives. Nice and comfortable environment with soft background music. Tasty food: well-presented dishes that are even better cooked. I confirm the prices are not cheap but highly justified by the overall experience. Pet-friendly establishment. Recommended, and if we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by again.
