Red Lion's is always a guarantee of quality. The variety of choices is truly remarkable. The quality is absolutely indisputable. The staff treats you with great grace and kindness; they practically pamper you. The environments are tidy, clean, and welcoming. It's a shame there are no openings to the outside, which gives you a slight sense of claustrophobia, but in the evening it doesn't weigh too heavily. Overall, an excellent pizzeria, definitely enticing and also accommodating for those who need to avoid gluten. If they also organized for lactose-free options, it would be perfect. But if you bring lactose-free mozzarella and hand it to the staff, you will have the pizza as you can eat it, whatever your dietary issue may be. I highly recommend it.

We went to this pizzeria invited by local friends. Despite the confusion (it was a Saturday night), we were warmly welcomed by the owner and immediately informed about the specialities offered and the dough preparation processes. Appetizers, pizzas, and "pizza in pala" (the best choice for 2 people), schiacciata, focaccia, salads, mixed fries, and a final dessert. The complete menu is available on their website, along with the history of the pizzeria and the possibility of booking a table online. Gluten-free doughs and kamut, spelt, and tumminia flours are also available. The dough is really soft, well-leavened, and not heavy at all. Street parking is not an issue, and the location is clean and elegant. Prices are fair for the quality and exclusivity in the area. One of the best in Augusta (SR). I hope to return soon, maybe during the week to enjoy a pleasant chat at the table.
