Spectacular!!! The owners are from Tuscany and I had already given them points... then upon arrival, my expectations were greatly exceeded. Super nice and available. Fantastic location, not to mention the excellent food and quality ingredients with which everything was prepared. It's a shame about the distance, otherwise I would have made it my go-to place for every menu change. I recommend calling to check availability because they don’t always host culinary evenings.

Charming place and maximum safety for gluten-free. The entire menu is completely gluten-free for everyone, and you forget you are celiac. The bread and focaccia are delicious, generous appetizers, and excellent raw materials. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful evening, an experience I recommend!

It was my first time eating in a home restaurant and I was very happy. The place is in the countryside and has a lovely atmosphere; there are only two tables, and it feels like being at home. The cook is celiac, and the entire menu is 100 percent gluten-free. Various appetizers with frisa, crostini, burrata, delicious focaccia, the first course was pappa al pomodoro, and for the second, the octopus was excellent. All accompanied by freshly baked, incredibly soft bread. From appetizer to dessert, 30 euros, and we were all happy, even the non-celiac diners. Highly recommended!

A beautiful experience in this exclusively gluten-free home restaurant. The chef is celiac and her cooking is only gluten-free; tranquility is found in her dishes as well as in her home. We dined outdoors in a wonderful spot, and she immediately brought us taralli, Pugliese focaccia, schiacciata, and a basket of bread that made my daughter melt. Abundant appetizers with bruschetta and vegetables from her garden. Well-crafted and delicious dishes, including dessert, an excellent tiramisu. Notified in advance, she also prepared a vegetarian menu for my wife, who was very happy. It really feels like being at home, in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Highly recommended!

An intimate dinner in a romantic setting with homemade products. Told and cooked by two people who remind us that going out to dinner is not just about choosing from a menu, but a moment to open ourselves to the pleasure of the present, to the beauty of the land, and to the experience of taste.

It's a shame there's no 6th star because I would give it without hesitation. Discovered this home restaurant... when I called to make a reservation, hearing the Tuscan owner already won me over (I love Tuscans and Tuscany). Upon arrival, my expectations were more than exceeded: both by the owners and the FANTASTIC location. When the food arrived, oh my, it was all perfect!! I recommend everyone to book and try this experience. Since it's a home restaurant, culinary evenings aren't always available. So call for info. It's a shame about the distance, because otherwise it would be my go-to restaurant for every menu change! Spectacular, thank you!

I recommend this Home Restaurant to everyone, both celiacs and non-celiacs. Excellent food and a beautiful atmosphere. Maria and Massimo make you feel at home. The focaccia and bread are delicious, all homemade. The kitchen is 100% gluten-free, ensuring total peace of mind for celiacs. We will definitely return on our next vacation in Salento!
