The "fresh" products are not available every day: they can only be purchased two days a week, by order and during hours set by the store. But be careful: these are still packaged products from a company that produces in Bari and distributes in various Italian cities, including ours (Central Italy). Therefore, it is not fresh artisanal production of the day. If you are on vacation and looking for gluten-free products made on the same day but still packaged, you will have to adapt your plans to the store's hours (we had to go three times before finding it open and picking up the ordered products). Additionally, we found conflicting information about the opening hours: Google indicated an afternoon opening at 5:00 PM, but the store opened only at 5:30 PM.

Selected offer of organic foods, a variety of gluten-free products including whole grains, egg-free and lactose-free options, with various proposals for reduced sugar and fat content. Monthly offers are always available that provide the opportunity to discover new companies. The relationship between quality and price is competitive, across all brands that are, in my opinion, chosen with care and attention to meet even the most difficult needs. Personally, I am celiac and despite my many limitations, I always manage to choose without giving up on taste. A strong point is the welcoming atmosphere, a place where you can calmly read all the labels (something I am always forced to do because of my allergies), you can ask for advice, and even more, you can feel comfortable. The store is not very large, but I like this aspect; it makes the space cozy like the old shops where if you don’t see it... look closely because everything you need is there. Furthermore, I have noticed that the shelves are always spotless and tidy, like a home pantry. Personally, I am very satisfied, I don’t think there could be anything better.
