a safe place, almost all flavors are gluten-free except for those that contain cookies or crunchy toppings. I am sensitive even to minimal contamination, but having gelato here every day, I have never felt unwell; the staff has always been willing to change scoops and take a new tub to avoid any type of risk. Not to mention the quality of the products, the best gelato I have ever tasted, the only downside is that they all contain lactose.
