An ice cream shop recently ranked as the second best in Italy by Dissapore. It prepares fresh sorbets, ice creams in cones or cups, brioche, and crepes. Two flavors cost €3.50; a medium size costs €4.50. Original flavors are offered like amber, squirrel, Pecetto cherry, salted pistachio, yogurt with honey and walnuts, gianduiotto, or classic flavors like vanilla and fior di latte. Many lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives are available. There are no restrooms, as it is a takeout place; however, there are some seats inside and in the outdoor area located between the sidewalk and the roadway, in addition to a bench. Satispay is accepted as a payment method.

Everything was very good. We went to Emanuele Filiberto square, and the takeout gelato was excellent—with salted pistachio, hazelnut, and cream with authentic vanilla. We also had two granitas, one almond and one mulberry, which are a must-try. Not too sweet and with perfect consistency. They even offered us gluten-free cookies as a gift. To finish, we also bought the "Piemontese" miso from skilled fermenters—we haven't tried it yet, but it looks authentic like everything else.

The gelato is delicious and, moreover, it's all gluten-free, the paradise for celiacs. Super friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended 💓

The first ice cream parlor with more water-based flavors than milk-based ones, making it very inclusive for those who are allergic/intolerant to milk or for those following a vegan diet! 💚 It's also very delicious! 😍
