Very tidy environment, friendly staff attentive to those with gluten intolerances/allergies. I had a plate of spaghetti with red shrimp tartare, stracciatella, pistachios with a sauce of cherry tomatoes and everything was delicious. I highly recommend it and will definitely return when I'm in the area!

Great idea for those who need to eat gluten-free, but also without sacrifices. The entire menu is offered in a gluten-free version. Super fried food, well-dried and plentiful.

A small restaurant by the sea, with tables by the pool. An environment that conveys calm, relaxation, and privacy. The aperitif with cocktails and a wonderful selection of crostini, all accompanied by warm, professional, and friendly service. Then we come to the food itself: fabulous appetizers with even better first courses! Everything of excellent quality and incredibly fresh fish, well-seasoned with great flavors.. overall 5 stars are too few. **Note of merit because they have the ability to accommodate gluten-free menu requests, which is not easy to find around.**

Found by pure chance on a day at the beach in Viareggio. Friendly and helpful staff, very good dishes and super fish. My celiac friend was pleasantly surprised by the pasta made especially for her. Highly recommended!
