I ate Fiorentina steak and baked potatoes... Super... attention for celiacs... YES... Schar crackers... no problem if you eat grilled meat, that's all that is served, no bruschetta or anything else... for the first courses, I suppose they rely on ready-made dishes like lasagna or cannelloni... but trust me, 2 kg of Chianina Fiorentina for three, a nice liter of red wine, baked potatoes, and two pieces of pecorino with honey... and a bitter from Lucca, nothing else is needed.
