Amazing pizza! They offer various types of dough, including gluten-free, and use fresh and tasty ingredients. It has become a regular stop when passing by, and I have recommended it to friends who confirm the experience.

pizza with rice flour, very attentive and precise staff in the explanations, but not suitable for celiac patients because they do not ensure non-contamination

Great pizzas even without gluten but terrible service. We were at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. The part of the restaurant where our table was located was freezing, likely because it was the summer patio/porch that had only been enclosed with plexiglass instead of real windows (perhaps to have more space for the evening?). All the guests in the same area complained about the freezing temperature (some even kept their coats and hats on throughout dinner), and the only response we received was that the heating was already at maximum. We found a hair in one of our pizzas: they offered to remake it (which they did), but then they charged us for the pizza twice "by mistake" (they corrected the issue once we pointed it out). The most outrageous thing, however, was a 20% increase on all prices just for the evening (without offering any extras), which had not been mentioned when we booked a few days earlier. We were told that the decision was made afterwards (thus not communicated) and the only explanation we received for the increase was "we could be elsewhere celebrating, that’s why."

Very good and digestible gluten-free pizza made with rice flour. The crust is really well made. The seafood pizza is tasty and delicious. Not overly filled with tomato sauce, which is better. Nice place, with an old (empty) tomb of a Templar attached. Friendly and courteous waiters.

We return after some time and find the bar of the whole experience raised even higher. We tried the Ri-Tonno pizza that was recommended at the moment of ordering, and indeed it proves to be a delight for the eyes and palate, so richly topped that it deserves a doggy bag to enjoy the last slice at home. The gluten-free and lactose-free version is also impressive. The pairing with the proposed sakes is interesting. Lastly, we indulged in the memorable gin to close the evening and the farewell shot glasses (not the usual limoncello, but still gin, only with fruit). The service is commendable: knowledgeable, friendly yet discreet and attentive. The pricing is in line with the quality offered; the final bill seems more than reasonable for the lovely evening we had.
