Today I had breakfast at Fior di Riso in Ciriè. Excellent carrot muffy, great cappuccino. The place is clean and tidy, service is quick and professional, and there is good music. I recommend it to everyone. Enjoy your breakfast!

Certainly, often those with celiac disease, in addition to suffering from the limited choice of products available to them, if they also endure the discomfort of mediocre service—slow, lacking enthusiasm, with flavors that are somewhat bland, mushy, and dry—turns into a tragedy! Often, under the guise of "gluten-free," only the prices rise! You can't charge €4.70 for two coffees and a croissant (not even good ones!).

We discovered this place by chance; the name is an invitation to enter. I ordered my birthday cake, which was excellent in taste, sweet just right without being too much. Being intolerant, I appreciated the oat cappuccinos and the torcetti, pastries. The bread and its baking remain light and digestible. The focaccias are really good. Behind these delights, there is meticulous work that satisfies even the most particular palates.

Never again, I’d rather go without breakfast! Everything was terrible! First of all, the girl didn’t even say hello when I entered! What bad manners! Secondly, a horrible coffee that left a bad taste in my mouth and a dry brioche too covered in powdered sugar, nauseating! And to top it off, extremely expensive; you can’t charge EUR 4.70, almost 5 euros, for 2 coffees and a brioche, at least it should have been good!!!!! Plus, you can’t have only 4 brioche available at 7:20 in the morning! The brioche cost EUR 2.40, when it normally costs 1 euro or a few cents more! I had to drink something at home to get rid of the bad taste left in my mouth! And if the owner feels offended by my negative review, as she has for other negative comments posted, let me preemptively say that I’ve only expressed my opinion as a customer, and I add that if one isn’t willing to accept criticism, then one shouldn’t open a business that deals with the public!

Very nice place, bread, and excellent brioche pastries. I ordered a birthday cake for my son, it was delicious, the lady was very helpful and kind!!! Thank you.

I must say that I am always very happy when a new gluten-free bar opens (: The place is very nice, the lady at the counter is friendly and kind, the desserts are good (highly recommended cream cannoli). The only downside: the margherita pizza. For 4€ a slice (the sizes are good), unfortunately I fear you need to find a way to make it better. The dough is not great and you are not too generous with the mozzarella... Different is the focaccia with ham, that one is very good, but I rarely find it (because it runs out quickly). In any case, I would recommend this place and wish the cooks to find an effective way to improve the pizza recipe!

I recommend it, great breakfast with flaky croissants and focaccia. I also had the pastries and the bread, which are excellent, all gluten-free for someone with celiac like me.
