I was there a few days ago during lunch break. I was disappointed by the fact that they do have gluten-free options, but the staff communicates that they cannot guarantee no contamination even though they pay a lot of attention. I wonder what the point is of having gluten-free options if you can't be sure there is no contamination.

I went a couple of times but received somewhat conflicting information. It is not part of the Old Wild West which has a separate kitchen, but they still have gluten-free bread. Once I was told it would be made separately, while one Saturday night, due to the apparent fullness of the place, I was told they could not guarantee contamination-free and that the bread would probably be heated on the same grill as the other buns. The staff, in any case, was kind, but I don't go because I don't think it's very safe.

Bread available without gluten and attentive staff ready to offer alternatives. From deconstructed hamburgers to salads, whatever you prefer.

They have gluten-free hamburger buns; in fact, I had a delicious one. The staff is super nice, attentive, and well-prepared. They don't have separate kitchens, but they inform the kitchen about the presence of a celiac at the table and prepare their dish separately and with care. They offer alternatives for everything they don't have gluten-free and are available to answer all questions. I had a wonderful evening in total tranquility. Really a place I recommend. Suitable even for those, like me, who are allergic to deglutinized wheat because the bread is made from rice flour.
