I love their super crispy pizza! The dough is made by them, with tons of flavors, two separate ovens, very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. They also have lactose-free mozzarella.

We stopped at this pizzeria, takeout but with a few tables for dining in, on our way back from Malpensa. The pizzas were excellent, both regular and gluten-free, thin and well-filled. It's a shame we're not from the area; it was truly a nice discovery!

Fantastic gluten-free pizza. The best dough I have ever eaten. It looks like a normal pizza. They are AIC certified. They also make delicious normal pizzas. Highly recommended.

I would like to preface that I am celiac and tend to eat in AIC certified places or in those where I know how they handle food. The pizzeria in question is registered with the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), but unfortunately, it lacks a series of fundamental precautions. If a customer wants a completely gluten-free pizza, they should order it 3 hours in advance so that they can prepare a dedicated electric oven. However, if someone wants a gluten-free pizza right away, it is proposed to bake it in the same oven as the normal pizzas, with the explanation that "the dusting is done with rice flour and the ingredients are gluten-free. We then place aluminum foil under the gluten-free pizza." However, the pizzas are baked together with the others, leading to contamination! I find it absurd to propose a solution like this since the health of individuals is not a game and celiac disease is serious. Judging by other reviews, several people have gotten sick. I decided to wait the necessary time for the pizza to be cooked in a separate oven, but the result was disappointing: an inedible pizza, with poor quality ingredients and completely dry, making it hard to bite into. From several points of view, including the most important, the care for people's health, I would say we are absolutely not there. I hope this review serves as constructive criticism to improve the service and take greater care in management.

Great pizza and great service. We ordered 15 pizzas for delivery for a party. Also gluten-free. Everything was perfect.
