I have never been so happy to enter a bakery! Since I received the diagnosis, I could no longer enjoy the flavors of my favorite foods (like grissini and anise rolls). I tried everything!! And it was incredible! Better than many gluten-containing products! The banoffee was delicious and the chocolate palmiers were fantastic! Moreover, I was served by a super kind girl who explained everything I needed to know: a true professional who made me feel comfortable and safe.

The bread is wonderful (my favorite is the rustic one and the one with seeds), the bomboloni are my fixation at the moment (very delicious). In general, everything they make is of excellent quality and the customer service is wonderful (especially that of Hugo, every time I go he convinces me to try something new, which is always delicious!). I’m leaving photos of some products, highly recommended (and a good price for a gluten-free pastry shop).

For my tastes, this is the best gluten-free bakery in all of Valencia. Both the bread and the pastries are delicious, and the anise donuts are spectacular. The staff is excellent, as is the atmosphere.

Wonderful products. I had empanadillas and mini mizas and they were delicious at my place. They destroyed everything and the sobrasada donuts are addictive. I would never say the products are gluten-free. We will repeat it🥰😘

Even with a change of ownership, unbeatable products! Kindness as a banner. The bread was delicious and the pastries I took with me were even better. Perhaps the best gluten-free palmeritas I have ever tasted. I think we will see each other for a long time.

What can I say about this oven and Amparo’s phenomenal treatment. A great pleasure to have found it, everything has an exceptional flavor and all is gluten-free and suitable for celiacs and lactose-intolerant individuals. Additionally, you will receive a customer card with points to exchange for products. And as if that weren’t enough, she gifted us chocolate palms. We will return without hesitation, absolutely recommended.
