I was there in December during an acute phase where any type of contamination made me feel unwell. I was pleasantly surprised and left feeling satisfied. Contamination was managed perfectly; there isn't much choice, but I highly recommend it to not miss out on an experience immersed in magic!

I visited the venue on December 26, 2025; I probably had very high expectations! There were six of us and we were seated in the "Black Forest" room, which I found small and narrow for tables meant for more than four people (we had to pass the dishes among ourselves to deliver them to the intended recipient). Just two minutes after ordering, the dishes arrived; I didn't expect gourmet cuisine, but the chosen dishesâhamburger, pasta, and pizzaâarrived quickly but were poorly assembled without a minimum of care. Near the bar area, there was a section under renovation (not very pleasant to see). For the Christmas season, I expected a better setup, but there was only a Christmas tree at the entrance. After exploring the venue, we saw the second room, which was definitely nicer, the super fun bathroom with the voice of Mirtilla, and the presence of the troll, and the cashier area with the funny hat that was very entertaining for the kids. The food was comparable to fast food, and the price requested was a bit excessive in relation to what we consumed.
