Small place, with kind staff attentive to the customers' needs. The piadinas are excellent, tasty, and fragrant. They pay particular attention to gluten-free customers, ensuring a gluten-free dough on the menu and being careful with the preparations. The gluten-free piadinas are exquisite, it's like eating a regular piadina.

Soft and light doughs. We tried the classic one, as well as whole grain with cereals and the one with pumpkin puree, all very tasty. The filling, in terms of quantity, is standard and flavorful. You order and pick up the product at the counter. There are outdoor tables. Courteous and helpful staff. We recommend: - "Ficata" with whole grain cereal dough - "Pregiata" with pumpkin dough - Crudo, fontina, tomato, and arugula with classic dough Fair prices. For those who are intolerant/celiac, there is a gluten-free dough option; for those who are lactose intolerant, there are cheese options that are naturally devoid (fontina) and easily tolerable (brie).
