Some dishes on the menu are available gluten-free, mainly meat dishes and burgers. Food quality is "variable". I have been here several times, and half of those times, some items were served undercooked. Good beer for celiacs.

Certified AIC craft brewery. Less than 50% of the menu is available gluten-free: no fried items, no pinsa, and out of 4 desserts, only one is gluten-free. Gluten-free options are not clearly indicated on the menu; you need to ask the staff. The draft beer, contrary to what is stated on the menu, is not "completely safe for gluten-free" because, as I was explained, the types of beer on tap often change. So, the only safe option is the bottled beer, available in red (750ml) or pale (330ml). Hamburgers are available gluten-free, but the industrial bread is neither heated nor toasted. The meat, COALVI, is very good and well-cooked. From a venue that has invested effort and resources in AIC certification, I would expect a bit more than the usual approach of "it’s already a lot that there are some gluten-free options," as if it were a magnanimous concession for fussy customers. There is still much work to be done on the culture, alas.

The restaurant is certified for celiac disease, the menu is extensive (fried foods are excluded because they have only one fryer) and the food is excellent!! The burgers are huge and they make them all gluten-free as well. It’s a brewery, so their strong point is the beer, which has a wide selection for everyone, while they offer two gluten-free versions: a blonde and (listen carefully) a red one!!! Extremely tasty! Before knowing about my celiac disease, their beer was my favorite, and now I can say they've lost nothing, the only place (in the area that I know) that offers gluten-free red beer! The staff is always super helpful!

The brewery is located within an old industrial structure that has been perfectly restored, with several references to the most famous operas that often give names to the beers or dishes (the owner is probably a fan). The service is quick and professional, and the dishes are really excellent (the meat-based options like pork shank or fassona hamburger are recommended)....as is the wide selection of craft beers (including gluten-free) available both on tap and in bottles (yes, they sell them if you like). The desserts are also very good (the Nutella birramisù is a delight). I recommend making a reservation. The venue has numerous parking spaces in front of the building. In my opinion, excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, especially after a day of walking to reach the nearby Sacra di San Michele.

Locale certified AIC, chosen for the numerous gluten-free options available, including various gluten-free beers. We had a great lunch with burgers, really tasty and well-prepared. The option to request vegetarian dishes was also appreciated. Attentive service and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🍔✨

Nice place and available staff. Wide selection of beers. Oven-baked shank good but cools down quickly. Gluten-free hamburger bun smaller than normal... acceptable since it's a specific product. Burger cooking a bit too dry and was not asked for at the time of ordering. The customer had to fix it with plenty of sauces. Gluten-free beer available but the customer is warned that it could be contaminated... not nice...

The environment was clean and the staff very friendly. It was myself, my daughter, and my partner on January 5th. Since I am gluten intolerant, I asked for a gluten-free beer but was told they had run out of the small versions of all the beers and only had one available in 66cl. Considering I had to drive to Milan, I had to avoid getting it for obvious reasons. The hamburger I ordered for my daughter was raw, despite us specifying that we wanted it well done. Additionally, it’s important to note that all hamburgers do not come with sides, such as fries, and at lunchtime fries were not available (a questionable choice for a brewery!). The crema catalana I ordered for myself was not fresh as it was served at the table cold instead of warm. However, due to hunger, I ended up eating it anyway. Overall, I expected more from this place considering the positive reviews I had read. It is not the ideal place for families as they do not offer a dedicated kids' menu. If the owner denies what I have written here again after my review, go try it for yourself!!!! What a shame!!!!

Very good and varied food. There are vegetarian options and gluten-free alternatives as well. Excellent! The quality of the beers is high, and there are beers for all tastes. My partner had a very good IPA. By connecting to the wifi, we participated in an online game and immediately won a delicious house dessert (birramisú). Unfortunately, I am allergic to alcohol, and I would have liked there to be a non-alcoholic tiramisu, or other creamy desserts with mascarpone cream, which was divine! I recommend trying this brewery, whether as a couple or with friends; the venue, the service, and the good music will accompany you for a pleasant evening!
