Really a great experience: you eat a lot and well, the staff is kind and prepared and takes care to inform the customer about the gluten-free options (which also include some first courses and desserts, prepared separately). The house appetizer is highly recommended, rich and with local products (the very few gluten-containing dishes that are part of it are always cooked and served separately). Strategic location, just a stone's throw from the Abbey of Fossanova.

A restaurant that, although not included in the AIC circuit, has had a special attention and knowledge of celiac disease and gluten-free nutrition for several years. Many of the delicious dishes on the menu, including the first courses, can be prepared without gluten and contamination. Their fabulous mixed antipasto, gluten-free (except for the meatballs served separately for those who are not celiac), as well as the first and second courses from the local Sonnino tradition, are highly recommended.
