Absolutely incredible gluten free bakery! Genuinely can’t believe what I ate was gluten free but I can confirm I am feeling very well. Huge selection and everything is gf. I will be back to try some of the savoury options as there was too much to enjoy on one visit.

PERFECTION! I have had several disappointing meals in Italy while on a group tour, since I am the only Celiac. Today I refused, and found my own meal. They have such a wide variety of pastries, and delicious rustic sandwiches. I have one with salchicha and cheese that is simply delicious. I also ordered an iced latte (41 C "real feel" today!) and several pastries to take to the hotel. The service people were so kind. When I asked about a taxi station, the worker insisted on calling a taxi for me instead. He saved me a 10+ minute walk in the heat, so very appreciated. I ordered 6 items, which is why I spent so much. Individual items are very reasonably priced, I just wanted plenty to take to the hotel.

Great pastry and pizzeria! Staff is super friendly and kind. Recommend popping in if you’re in the area We had the arancini which was freshly made and divine. We also came back the next morning for a cappuccino and a salami sandwich. They have lots of gluten free and lactose free options if that’s something you’re looking for. Great view of the Basilica is a bonus :)

This a lovely family owned well considered concept. Despite a strong focus on baking which is done exceptionally well, a must try for anyone skeptic about gluten free products they were able to cater for my high protein breakfast request. Theirs turned out to be my favourite breakfast in Rome for a wholesome but healthy option.

A few steps from the Vatican, with a view of the dome, here you can have a fabulous gluten-free breakfast. Excellent products: from croissants to maritozzi to cannoli! A gluten-free paradise! If you come to Rome, you can't miss stopping by and eating directly because it has some tables, or you can take away! The supplì are delicious, but the maritozzo is unbeatable, light and digestible! Super compliments and thank you for making me dream 😍

Absolutely a place to try! Kind and attentive staff. I was incredibly amazed by the gluten-free bread, which I ate the next day... it was soft and elastic as if it had just come out of the oven. Truly surprising. I also tried other products, all delicious, but I must mention the maritozzo and the cannolo... among the best gluten-free products I have ever eaten.

The best gluten-free breakfast in Rome. The croissants are egg-free and dairy-free, Viennese style with real cream and not whipped cream... everything is delicious! As a celiac, it had been 22 years since I had eaten such a good croissant. Thank you to the other flours from the mill.

Everything gluten-free, a paradise for celiacs 😍 I tried a Sicilian cannoli, a croissant with strawberry jam, and a small pizza with eggplant... everything was delicious, the cannoli with a crispy shell and the freshest ricotta cream, the croissant airy with nothing to envy to the gluten ones. In total, I spent €13.30, in line with the average gluten-free bakeries. Highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery right behind the Vatican. All gluten-free products, at honest prices and really tasty. I had two arancini (good) and a maritozzo... DELICIOUS!! The light and fragrant brioche melted in my mouth.

Best gluten-free breakfast ever tried, with completely artisanal products and not packaged or frozen! This small place a few steps from St. Peter's was a wonderful discovery. The beauty of the breakfast products made us doubt they were gluten-free, but in reality, only gluten-free products can be found here. The prices are very fair for being all artisanal and gluten-free products. For breakfast, we had: pistachio coffee, maritozzo, caffè latte, cannolo (filled on the spot), girella and pistachio croissant (total €15). Around lunchtime, savory products begin to be offered such as pizza, arancini, baked pasta, calzone. In short, there is plenty to choose from, and the difference with classic gluten products is hardly noticeable. A great effort that we truly appreciated and which will certainly bring us back here every time we can, even if we have to come specifically for it.

The best GLUTEN FREE breakfast I have ever had! - Location: The interior space is very similar to any other café/pastry shop, with a counter full of delights and a wide selection. The real gem is outside where you can sit and enjoy their specialties with a view of St. Peter's dome. - Food: When I entered the place, it almost seemed unreal that all those delicacies were gluten-free. Chocolate-filled croissants, pistachio, cream, jam, puff pastry swirls, brownies, Sicilian cannoli, maritozzi, etc... all made by them for celiac people like me. In addition to the quantity, the quality was also excellent. The puff pastry was really well done and the dough of the maritozzo was very soft. My girlfriend confirmed that everything we ate was very similar to the gluten counterpart. After a few hours, we stopped by again for lunch, and everything I wrote about breakfast, especially the sweet food, also applies to the savory food. The stuffed calzone was very good, as were the supplì and the pizza by the slice. - Staff: The lady in the kitchen is always very smiley and kind. The gentlemen at the counter were also kind and helpful. - Bill: The prices are absolutely normal, especially considering that everything you order is made directly by them and gluten-free, thus using higher quality ingredients. Perhaps slightly high for a piece of pizza at €5. In conclusion, I highly recommend this café, both for celiac people looking for gluten-free food and for those who are not.

One of the best gluten-free places I’ve ever tried! They make both sweet and savory, including some really excellent gluten-free savory croissants! They also offer a fortified aperitif for €12, all with a view of the dome of St. Peter's.

Everything is truly exquisite. A paradise for those who are celiac, but also for those who are not. The croissants at breakfast are excellent, as is the pizza and the bread. At lunch, you can find Sicilian arancini, baked pasta, and even some main dishes. The pastry, however, is their strong point, with outstanding maritozzi with cream, cannoli, etc. Highly recommended!
