A gelato shop that is a true gem! I come from Milan, where gelaterias are abundant… but one like this I had never found! As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by truly super friendly staff, always smiling and ready to advise you on the best with professionalism and passion. The gelato is of the highest quality: creamy, rich in flavor, made with selected and natural ingredients. Every taste is an experience! But it doesn't end here: they also make delicious yogurt, fresh, light but tasty, and fantastic crêpes, prepared on the spot and filled with irresistible ingredients. The prices are great, especially considering the excellence of the product. And then, the gelateria is really cutting-edge: innovative flavors, customer care, vegan and gluten-free options, attention to detail, and environmental consciousness. The best, without a doubt! Every time I'm in the area, it's a must-visit. If you're nearby, you must try it… you'll fall in love! 🍦🥞🍓

Disappointing experience, rude service I went to this ice cream shop with some friends to get yogurt. A friend of mine politely asked to see the sizes of the cups, since they were not visible, but the owner responded rudely, saying he was "too tired" to show them and that she needed to decide quickly. A really unprofessional attitude. This is not the first time I've noticed similar behaviors: years ago, a friend of mine with a strong lactose intolerance clearly pointed out her condition, but the owner used the same scoop for traditional ice creams, causing cross-contamination that made her unwell. Such inattentive and rude service certainly does not encourage you to return.
