We went there because it won the Matera challenge of 4 Restaurants by Ale Borghese. The place is well-kept and modern but still connected to the local style, interesting dishes, and excellent ability to accommodate a celiac person: they brought us artisan gluten-free bread, suggested gluten-free dishes to choose from, and served handmade local orecchiette gluten-free, not the usual industrial pasta!
