We had a great time. All their first courses can also be made with homemade gluten-free pasta. The person who served us was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend it!

A very long wait for the worst pasta of my life We went to 210 Grammi in Favignana because we had read that they offered gluten-free pasta. There were three of us, only three first courses ordered, no appetizers. We sat down at 10:40 and the dishes arrived around 12:15: an hour and a half wait for such a simple order is really excessive. During the wait, the waiter was very present… perhaps too much, with personal comments and requests for phone numbers that are inappropriate in a work context. When the dishes arrived, the bucatini with red shrimp and pistachio were good, although a bit pricey. The pasta alla Norma, on the other hand, was the worst pasta of my life: watery, with soft pasta and very little eggplant. I tasted it and had to leave it there because it was really impossible to eat. I am Spanish, but I have lived in Italy — in Milan, Rome, and Pescara — and I had never found such disappointing pasta. I say this without exaggeration: in Spain, I have eaten better pastas than this. Moreover, the music in the room was very loud: we asked to lower it, they did, but shortly after they turned it up again, making it difficult to talk at the table. In summary: an interesting idea with gluten-free options, but exaggerated wait times, an inedible dish, and an overly noisy environment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Really very good, friendly staff and very available. We booked dinner with the TheFork app and in addition to honoring the discount provided by the application, they were very attentive to the presentation of the dishes and to the intolerances of a girl who was having dinner with us.
