Located in the city center, a bit hidden. They are well-informed about gluten even though they are not affiliated with AIC. The staff is sincere and very friendly. From the menu, there are only a few GF dishes available like croquettes, bruschetta, first and second courses. Some toppings, like the caciocavallo fondue, cannot be ordered because flour is used. I had a croquette (the size is half of those found in other places), a bruschetta (very disappointing because it was a slice of sandwich bread that wasn't even toasted!), and a first course (good, only spaghetti). Normal portion, not abundant. Gluten-free pastry dessert was very good. Prices are in line with other places. I travel a lot for work and it didn't blow me away, but I appreciate the effort made for GF customers.

I tried a croquette and a second course, but it is also possible to order first courses with gluten-free pasta. Everything was delicious, generous portions, honest prices. I give 4 stars because they do not have desserts for celiacs. They are not registered in the AFC circuit of AIC and do not have a double kitchen, but they guarantee the absence of contamination (they have two fryers and are informed about the precautions to take).

Possibility of having both pasta dishes and main courses with side dishes. Unfortunately, there are only spaghetti as a type of pasta, but the portions are generous and everything is very good.
