My gluten-free girlfriend often eats pizza from Verdechiaro, and in her opinion, it is the best after Procopio in Palermo. So, yet another venue sincerely suggested to be added to Gluto.

Verdechiaro was a fantastic surprise! I originally came because I saw vegan and gluten-free options online, but I was happy to find that there were plenty of choices for both. The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Portions aren’t huge, but definitely enough. Don’t let the neighborhood put you off – the restaurant itself is wonderful. Highly recommended!
