one of the few (if not the only one, I can't remember) sushi associated with the AIC. They have a separate menu where gluten-free food is highlighted in bold. They serve it on differently colored plates.

It's the first time I can eat gluten-free sushi (tempura let's go Company) and I must say it was an excellent experience! Tasty and light fried food. I enjoyed all the dishes. There are many gluten-free options and the order for celiacs or intolerant individuals is separate from the traditional one. Very happy. Friendly and fast service. We will return.

We arrived from Bologna, we searched online and found this nice place, with a young staff. Alessio welcomed us and explained everything. The best thing was seeing the joy in my daughter's eyes for having eaten gluten-free sushi, as well as gluten-free fried foods. Great experience, good flavors, and quality.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years now, and I recommend it to everyone. I especially like it because the products are of good quality and they don't roll them too thick, so you can eat more and vary your choices. The service is always fast, and the staff are always polite and friendly. They also offer gluten-free options. I absolutely recommend it!

An excellent "all you can eat" sushi proposal, but compared to all the Japanese restaurants visited so far, it has AIC certification, with gluten-free tempura and fried dishes. Exciting location, with attentive, courteous, and very helpful staff. The menu is well-stocked and each dish includes the ingredients and a photo. I was able to taste both the regular and gluten-free versions, finding quality fish in both cases, light fried dishes, and very little difference in flavors; in some cases, the gluten-free dishes surpassed the regular ones in taste.
