The staff is truly the highlight: super sweet, kind, always smiling, and incredibly efficient. Even in response to my father's request to change the cheese, they handled everything with a rare willingness and provided perfect advice for all diners. The venue is beautiful, well-kept, and clean, with quality ingredients and truly delicious dishes. The quality-price ratio is excellent, but the real gem is that they are true professionals, the undisputed kings of gluten-free, and without even charging a premium! An incredible rarity. Special mention to the amazing chorizo and delicious snacks offered before starting dinner. Really well done, an experience to repeat and recommend!
