I had dinner at the end of April while I was on vacation in Palermo. I ate a dreamlike fried dish (gluten-free) at a very nice local place.

Excellent quality fish, very fresh! They do everything gluten-free (except for the first courses which they also make in a 'normal' version), so there is no risk of contamination. The fried cod is exceptional. Highly recommended!
