We decided to book because of the many positive reviews of this pizzeria restaurant, especially for the gluten-free options. I must say we were pleasantly satisfied. Fast service and friendly staff.

The gluten-free pizza left us speechless, especially my boyfriend who is celiac! The dough is different from other gluten-free pizzerias around. Finally a soft gf pizza, with crust, holes, and that wasn't a cracker, but above all, it wasn't sweet (a downside of gluten-free flours). We urge you to make it a brand and sell it, even outside of Sicily, so my partner can enjoy it again!!! And as for the gluten pizza, it's one of the best I've ever had. Soft, light, digestible, tasty. We will definitely return to Palermo and, for sure, we will return to Divino in gusto!
