Sapori Perduti is much more than a restaurant: it is a place where you really feel welcomed. What makes the experience even more special is the story behind this choice: the owner told me that the idea for a completely gluten-free menu came from the fact that her best friend is celiac. And she said a phrase that struck me deeply: “you don’t really understand it until you have it at home.” And that’s exactly how it is. Here, there is a deep, real understanding, not commercial. The result? Delicious dishes, tradition respected, true flavor, and an invaluable serenity for those who are celiac (and not only). A place to return to and recommend with all my heart. Thank you, Sapori Perduti, for transforming attention into excellence. 💛

The entire menu is available gluten-free and at no extra charge. I felt like a normal person! They are part of the AIC circuit, and they are attentive and well-prepared. Everything is delicious and very fresh. The raw fish dish is the best thing I've ever eaten in my life! I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant that, on behalf of the AFC circuit of AIC, Italian Coeliac Association, has a completely replicable gluten-free menu. High-quality raw materials and attention to detail have been confirmed every time I visited. Finally, a great restaurant with both traditional and more modern dishes, not the usual gluten-free pizzeria. Knowledgeable and extremely courteous staff. Well done!

We were guests at this restaurant for the New Year's Eve dinner in 2025. Excellent service, always attentive, with infinite kindness, and a menu with both fish and meat, very delicious! We absolutely recommend it especially because it also has AIC certification, making it a great choice for those who are celiac. Thanks to all the staff at Sapori Perduti!

We opted for the journey through lost flavors, with 3 courses at a cost of 40 euros per person. Everything was excellent from the appetizer to the dessert. Special mention for the jasmine semifreddo, truly exceptional. Gluten-free dishes are available. The staff was also very courteous. We will return!

Elegant restaurant informed AIC where the menu is also available in gluten-free version. I chose the complete course at €40. The price is very reasonable considering the high quality of the dishes. I thought the portions were minimal but I must say they were just right. I also really enjoyed the warmed gluten-free sandwich, perfect for making nice breadsticks. Excellent flavor combinations, especially for the jasmine semifreddo, a flavor I had never tried before. Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely recommended!

First time in this restaurant and since it was New Year's lunch, it was a busy day but we were fully satisfied. Small but well-kept and welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff, excellent raw materials used and great attention to gluten and lactose intolerances by offering the entire menu in both gluten-free and lactose-free versions. All dishes were tasty, plentiful, and well-presented from appetizers to desserts, prices absolutely in line with the offer and a very honest markup on wines, highly recommended.
