Absolutely the best after trying 10 places in Palermo between street food and restaurants. Congratulations for everything. No frills, you immediately get what you expect from Palermo and its markets. Unbeatable prices and heartfelt service. Special attention for celiacs. They make gluten-free croquettes, pasta, and arancine, and they care about showing you the preparation. Plenty of stuff.
