Very nice restaurant in the Trastevere area. The menu specifies allergens, although maximum safety is not guaranteed. There are a couple of gluten-free appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Additionally, there is the possibility of having gluten-free pasta.

In this restaurant, they make gluten-free pasta (which takes a little longer to cook, so you'll have to wait a bit). I’m not sure if they have completely avoided contamination because the waiter only mentioned gluten-free pasta but was vague about the cooking process. The cacio e pepe was very good.

First time in Rome, highly recommended by my friend who was with me and had already been here. Delightful place, very clean outdoor area and really beautiful interior. Quiet place in a great location. They have very good gluten-free pasta, dishes rated 10. The waiter, Alberto, took care of us during our stay and was very helpful. Everything gets a 10! HIGHLY recommended!
