They have two well-distinguished kitchens. Richie zero contamination. Homemade pasta. About 10/15 choices. Gluten-free menu: pasta, water, and dessert for 15.90. Gluten-free fried foods. Paid parking in front, which I recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, very well cared for. We are in front of Piazza Cavour, one of the most beautiful areas, in my taste, of the city. An area rich in bars, restaurants, cinemas, and other services. The restaurant is immediately noticeable along the main road: once inside, there is a feeling of great space, despite the small and simple tables; in addition, the environment is clean and very well cared for. I didn't have a full dinner to make a general assessment; I only had a carbonara, and I must say that I liked it very much. Moreover, the staff was pleasant, especially a quirky and nice gentleman who wanders among the tables. Besides being attentive to the customers and the service, he adds his irony that makes everything even more enjoyable; also, and this is not trivial, they offer gluten-free cooking with a separate oven and kitchen. My experience was definitely positive, and I will return to taste other dishes and to enjoy a pleasant dinner in the company, including the staff. 😉 I recommend it to everyone. See you soon👋

Positive experience especially for the gluten-free menu, from fried dishes to fresh pasta made by them, to desserts!! For a celiac, it is truly a positive experience! Really well done! We will definitely return. The staff is very kind and professional, prices are fair considering the cost of gluten-free raw materials.

We are located just behind the building of the Supreme Court of Cassation, at Piazza Cavour 17. Here you will find the artisanal pasta shop Pasta In Corso, a cozy and youthful place where you can sit down and browse their menu, which is very varied between Roman cuisine with traditional dishes and also some other options, obviously to cater to the tourists visiting the area. I entered this restaurant without a reservation with two friends of mine, one of whom is gluten intolerant, while I was on vacation in Rome during the New Year's period. Below is my experience, and you can find photos of the menu and the dishes ordered to give you an idea: - The venue looks great (it gave me the same "vibes" as an 80s diner). - The menu isn't too extensive (for lunch or dinner), and also every pasta dish is available gluten-free (one of the main reasons we came here to eat). - In their offerings, in addition to classic pasta dishes from Roman and Italian cuisine in general, we find pizza options, as well as meat and burgers (sandwiches not on the plate). Of course, there are also delicious appetizers. - I found a carbonara supplì with a crispy coating, slightly overcooked rice, but the filling was very good. I recommend trying it and also checking out their other supplì options. - However, I strongly believe that their pasta is the highlight. Cooked perfectly and well-seasoned, full of flavor, and you can tell it’s artisanal. I ordered a cacio e pepe, one friend had the gricia, and my other friend had the gluten-free carbonara. All the pasta dishes were fantastic, and the pasta was cooked perfectly, including the gluten-free one, which is not easy at all, so congratulations to the kitchen. In conclusion, a more than positive experience, we left full and happy, and genuinely satisfied. I would gladly return to try other offerings. P.S. The waiter who served us was not only very nice and made us laugh a lot but was also very helpful, and not just him but all the staff were truly impeccable. A perfect mix between the charisma of Romans and the professionalism and courtesy expected from those who work in a venue.

This place was a pleasant surprise! As a celiac, I often find myself having to give up many things when traveling, but here I found myself in paradise for celiacs! ☺️☺️🥰🥰 The place is very lively and cute, overlooking the beautiful Piazza Cavour. The menu offers the possibility to have all dishes gluten-free, top for celiacs. 💯 Typical Roman delicacies like cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana, and phenomenal gnocchi with white ragù! Cooked al dente, tasty ingredients, generous portions. Then a vast choice of gluten-free desserts 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Prices are average and the service is fast, and the waiter Stefano is unique and super friendly; he advises you and guides you in choosing dishes. For us, it was wonderful to have dinner without risks for me and with the super friendliness of Stefano ☺️☺️😉😉😉😉💯💯💯💯 In short, absolutely recommended. You won't regret it.

I went to this restaurant/pasta shop with my partner and we ate wonderfully! The waiter was very friendly and nice at the same time, making us feel at home! The house wine was divine while the homemade pasta was truly sublime, especially the gluten-free one which was excellent, with plenty of sauce! The gluten-free desserts looked like they were from a pastry shop... DELICIOUS. If there is no parking nearby, you can park in a paid garage, but it's worth it! I will definitely return. Thank you!!!

I wouldn't return. Very arrogant staff, who, as soon as I asked for information for my celiac friend, responded in a condescending tone that "as if the only restaurant with double kitchens in all of Rome (false, by the way) could have problems." I stated that I asked because I had read reviews in which celiac people fell ill. Leaving that aside, a very nice and comfortable environment, mediocre and expensive food (hamburger without fries €15, carbonara at a fair price, but lacking any finesse), and a disastrous service. The waitress seemed altered by drugs (or possibly deaf) and confused orders multiple times, almost indicating that it was my fault for not being clear while ordering. There is much better in Rome. EDIT: Thanks for the response. As I recall, you told me you were the only restaurant with two separate kitchens, which is false; whether you are the only pasta laboratory, I honestly don't know. As for the rest, I stand by what I said before, including about the waitress (and I wasn't the only one to say so). The quality of the food has also been criticized by many in the reviews, despite the 4.7 average, a result of many short reviews that hardly relate to a human experience. That said, there is worse out there, but I wouldn't return.

A good way for foreigners to experience Rome in a meal. Really differentiating the menu designed for celiacs. Wide range and truly high quality. Pasta made strictly in-house embodies the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine in our classic choice (Greece/cacio&pepe). On the other hand, the mixed fry is an excellent dish to enjoy gluten-free fritters based on the culture of supplì. Price slightly above average, but the location of the restaurant and quality of the cuisine justify it all. We will definitely return!!!

Welcoming staff, efficient service, substantial portions, quality food, especially gluten-free. Excellent fresh pasta, amazing fried dishes, and homemade desserts. Until next time ☺️☺️

The paradise of gluten-free fresh pasta! The pasta is super fresh with an excellent texture and it doesn't fall apart despite being gluten-free! My favorite? Prawns (real ones, not tiny shrimp), tomatoes, and pistachio, a delight! Then there's the amatriciana and carbonara, great Roman classics. Last but not least, the mixed fried platter with supplì and mozzarella bites is absolutely a must-try, super crunchy even though it's gluten-free!!! A must-stop if you're in the Castel Sant'Angelo area!

Wonderful food, fast service, and kind waiters. Excellent knowledge of gluten-free options with many dishes for people with celiac disease. We visited the opening of their third location in Piazza Cavour and had a great experience even without a reservation.
