Everything is perfect and almost everything is adaptable gluten-free. Recommended appetizer is the sturno with typical products (potato panzerotti, eggplant meatballs, horse meatballs, and vegetables). The orecchiette and seafood fry are also excellent. Highly recommended!

Staff attentive to the needs of customers and very knowledgeable about food intolerances (e.g. Celiac disease: all dishes can be made gluten-free).

We returned after 3 years because it's a heart place! It has turned out to be a venue where the Salentine tradition can be felt and tasted. Dishes cooked with flavor and love!! The place, the square under the castle, frames the setting beautifully. It remains a place to return to if you pass through Salento, a must-visit! Thank you from the bottom of my heart because as a celiac I was able to taste a lot! The gluten-free orecchiette with octopus ragù were wonderful, and the sturno appetizer was truly good!! Thank you!! We will see each other again.
