Fantastic! We had dinner there three times since the alternative in the city was always full, but especially because after the first time we wanted to try as many dishes as possible! First courses, main courses, pizzas, and desserts of excellent quality. Approved and highly recommended!

We found this place thanks to the app. I confirm the utmost attention to celiac disease and allergens (my daughter is also allergic to sesame and nuts). Highly recommended!

We ate divinely. They are very well prepared for Gluten Free. Very kind. Desserts, first and second courses, everything was perfect.

During our vacation, we returned several times to eat at this restaurant, where the entire menu can be prepared gluten-free. The food is really very good, with tasty and well-made dishes. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The entire menu can be made gluten-free!!!! They have placemats that identify people with celiac disease to avoid mistakes. Very good pizza and a traditional menu with typical local dishes. Everything is gluten-free, including desserts.

This is the second time I go to this restaurant, first in summer and then in October. There’s nothing to say about the food; the pizzas, unlike others, are very easy to digest. However, there are issues with the venue and the staff. I called in advance to book a table inside for 6, explaining that I preferred to stay inside because it was cold outside. They booked me for 21:15. When I arrived, the place was full, and I had to wait. Then, as an excuse, they told me that customers didn’t want to leave their seats, and they gave me a spot in the veranda, which was partially open and without a heater. Since it was already 22:00 and going elsewhere was impossible, being a Saturday, we reluctantly accepted despite the cold. The head waiter was also unprofessional; for a gluten-free pizza, he caused quite a mess and seemed not well prepared for this kind of request.

Good service, excellent products, and nice presentation of the dishes. The bread that is brought to the table is delicious, and one could eat 20 bags of it... With oil and salt, it's phenomenal! The pasta is cooked al dente, and the portions are generous. The paccheri with seafood is filled with clams and is worth it. I'm undecided whether I prefer the thick spaghetti or the paccheri. The cacio e pepe potatoes served as an appetizer are also good... A very cool and popular place. The only downside (for me): I got locked in the bathroom, unfortunately after already paying... Otherwise, who knows, maybe a little discount... 😁 The price is average: what you see in the photos for about €90 for three people. I forgot to mention: even before seating their guests, they inquire about any food intolerances. 🔝

Pleasant atmosphere and definitely a point of reference for those looking for SAFE gluten-free cuisine! I keep coming back to this place where kindness and professionalism are a perfect mix, and the gluten-free pizza dough is made by them and is very fresh. I also had the fried food, and the fact that I felt good left me surprised. A celiac knows what I am talking about. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately, the experience was not entirely positive, starting from how we saw the head waiter treating the other waiters. The young waiters were very polite and prepared. They didn't have the stain remover, but the menu was well-stocked and the service was very fast. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was a bit like a cookie and the other pizzas were good but slightly heavy. Overall, the regular pizzas were fine, except for some combinations that weren't very liked. The octopus was good (not the best I've ever had probably due to the cooking), while the vegetables were really perfect from the carrots to the potatoes to the cherry tomatoes. The pecorino sauce (which was supposed to be burrata but really only tasted like pecorino) was very good but in my opinion clashed a bit with the rest as it was very, very salty. A very scenographic dish, though. Panna water and a selection of local bread and oil. Unfortunately, the seating was not very comfortable, we were six and very cramped, and it was very hot. The fries were good. The glass of wine was slightly scarce and the glasses had an unpleasant smell of egg. But I repeat, the staff was very knowledgeable and the menu very rich, everything perfectly shiny and the dishes perfect. Prices are high.

Great discovery... the food is really exquisite... the service is attentive and friendly, never intrusive. They are careful with gluten-free options, but we really had dinner twice and will definitely return before going home.

The best restaurant in Torre San Giovanni discovered on the advice of a local boy. Located on a side street away from the chaos (turn right after Martinucci) it is a magical, romantic, and elegant place with jazz music in the background. The staff is kind and attentive, but the real surprise was the food; after so many places with tourist menus, here you find typical dishes (like fried meatballs or pittule) and fresh fish, and for those who want, also pizza, but the fish is truly worth it. The first courses are spectacular, try the sea cacio e pepe or the grouper medallions, they are a delicacy. Everyone should try this place when passing through Torre San Giovanni; congratulations for everything (even the location among trees and Lecce stone walls is really characteristic, and the whole experience satisfies both the eyes and the palate). Highly recommended even for a romantic dinner, far from informal as someone wrote, and a positive note: upon arrival, they asked us if we had any intolerances or allergies, something that no one ever asks, so excellent attention to the customer, in addition to the freshness of the raw materials, well done.
