Went during the summer period... Gluten pizza was top-notch, but I can't say the same for the rest: gluten-free pizza wasn't the best, they didn't have gluten-free desserts, and the place was infested with mosquitoes. They can improve.

After a 40-minute wait, the order was taken mentally and only later written down on the tablet without asking for confirmation from us customers. We ordered 2 gluten-free appetizers, one pizza with gluten and one without gluten. Once the appetizers arrived, I asked again if they were gluten-free, and I was told yes. Subsequently, the pizza arrived, clearly gluten-free for me and normal for my boyfriend. The result was a night spent vomiting since the appetizers were not gluten-free, but breaded in regular bread.

I went with my daughter who is celiac. Great pizza but also the desserts. Maximum safety since they have a dedicated area and are AIC certified.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever tried. After 25 years of experience in trying and selecting gluten-free pizzerias, we have tried and verified this beautiful pizzeria. Excellent dough, not pre-packaged finally, but made by them. The oven and kitchen are separate from the rest; there is actually a special room with the oven and counter for gluten-free. Fantastic. Delicious pizzas. I would also suggest the gluten-free arancini and even the desserts. Great place and fantastic staff. Also, the decor is very well cared for and designed. In the heart of Genoa. We will return.

I wanted to try this new pizzeria with my mom, I’m celiac and she isn’t. We were both really satisfied; we ordered the same pizza, the Diavola infuocata, a classic diavola with spicy Neapolitan salami and 'nduja. The dough for both types of pizza is really well made and not heavy at all. As for gluten-free options, they have a separate lab, and you can order all the pizzas on the menu requesting gluten-free dough. The AIC certification is clearly visible on the menu, and I can confirm the absence of contamination. The ingredients are really of excellent quality and fresh. The waiters are very kind and attentive. They use a practical button method to call the staff, so you don't have to shout to the waiter across the room. The quality-price ratio is really good, considering the quality of the ingredients and the very central location of the restaurant. A beautiful experience and a truly pleasant discovery! I will definitely return!
